Having a cultural identity on your fashion items will be a new vogue for the next thing in the fashion industry. However, Jakarta Fashion Week 2020 is not the early drive, but the show, we must admit, was the booster to popularize the trend into the next stage. One of them was the show titled “The Ethnic of West Sumatera” which had revived the Minang culture by adapting them into modern tone. The collection featured Songket Pandai Sikiek, Sulaman Suji Caia, Batik Tanah Like dan Tenun Silungkang and detailed on typical Sumatran floral.
