It is hard to find modern and modest place that filled a gap between Indonesian taste and Italian recipe. Until Jack/Rose restaurant was opened last month, there is nowhere in Jakarta that can serve a blend of Italian and Indonesian recipe in proper taste better than Jack/Rose. An absolute must try is ‘crispy matah duck’, this menu is Jack/Rose’s signature dish. A Balinese marinated deep fried duck leg, served with warm white rice and Sambal Matah on the top should be your reference for lunch or dinner.
